Are you taking over a property from a developer?
We will check compliance with the norms and standards and describe any obvious defects and highlight any additional issues. On the basis of the report submitted by us, the developer and the contractors will rectify the identified defects or provide a discount on the purchase price.

We will schedule an inspection by email or phone. We recommend making an appointment at least a week in advance, but we can also do last minute.
Binding inquiry
You supply us with supporting documents by email and we make a binding agreement to carry out the inspection.
Inspection
Our expert will inspect the property, ask all relevant questions and draw up a detailed report with photo documentation.
Sending the report
You will receive a report that will enable you to agree with the seller on the elimination of deficiencies or on financial compensation.
